Ryan Irving, CFOT Operations Manager
Ryan Irving is a registered CFOT (Certified Fiber
Optic Technician) with the Fiber Optic Association and has years of development and design experience in fiber optic testing
equipment and methodologies and standards, with a focus on short reach star topology and PON/FTTH networks. In addition to
these distinctions, Ryan has held the President-elect position of the New England Fiber Optic Council and continues to be
an active member. Ryan is also a corporate member of both BICSI and the Maine Technical User’s Group. Ryan has also
worked extensively with companies such as Verizon, SBC, British Telecom in their FTTH deployments.

Craig Bowden, CFOS/I Technical Sales & Services
Craig Bowden is a registered
CFOS/CFOI (Certified Fiber Optic Specialist & Instructor) with the Fiber Optic Association, a BICSI sanctioned fiber optic
trainer and an adjunct instructor with the NH Community Technical College System. In addition to these accreditations, Craig
also sits on the NH Technical College System Advisory Board, is an active New England Fiber Optic Council member, is a current
BICSI member and is a participating member of the Maine Technical User’s Group. Craig currently holds certifications
with various manufacturers including Hitachi, Hubble, Molex and AFL and is OSHA confined space certified.

Aaron Henderson, TPM, CFOS/I Technical Sales & Services
Aaron Henderson is a registered CFOS/CFOI (Certified Fiber Optic Specialist & Instructor) with the Fiber Optic Association,
a BICSI and FOA sanctioned fiber optic trainer and is BICSI Telecommunications Project Manager (TPM) certified. Aaron has
15 years experience in testing and troubleshooting fiber optic networks in a wide variety of environments using a full assortment
of test and splice equipment. In addition to field services, Aaron has worked as a product manager and engineer in designing,
manufacturing and testing various military cable assemblies and networks. Aaron is also OSHA Confined Space Certified.

Eric Keeler, CFOT OSP Design, Construction
Mgmt. & Training
Eric joined FiberNext in January 2009, bringing with him over 25 years of professional
outside plant installation experience. As an expert in the field of WAN cable construction of fiber optic networks, Eric expands
the abilities of FiberNext in OSP design, planning, implementation, feasibility studies, right-of-way analysis and more. Eric
has also achieved CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician) status with the FOA and is working on his OSP specialty with the
FOA and BICSI. Eric is also confined space and fall arrest certified to OSHA standards.

John Maxwell Customer Service
John has been in the technical fiber optic trade providing customer service, purchasing coordination, engineering
and consultation for over 15 years. Formerly with Noyes Fiber Systems and Optical Design Manufacturing, John honed his skills
in customer service and technical support primarily on test and measurement equipment. John now provides daily support to
FiberNext clients on a wide variety of fiber optic needs and manages many ongoing projects for our customers.

Jennifer Williams, CFOT Key Project Coordinator Joining FiberNext in late 2010, Jennifer brings significant prior experience in technical fiber
optic sales and customer service. With 15 years of experience in fiber optic sales and customer service, Jen has also successfully
acquired significant experience in industrial networking and connectivity with employers such as Vanguard National Alliance,
Horizon and Optical Fiber Components, Inc. Jennifer currently handles key account project coordination for several national
clients at FiberNext.

Jarad Elliott, CFOT Fiber Optic Field Services & Documentation
Jarad joined the FiberNext
team in early 2010 and obtained his CFOT certification shortly thereafter. Jarad performs fiber splicing, system auditing,
OTDR testing and troubleshooting. Jarad also provides GIS mapping, data entry, various construction and network
auditing services on site for clients. In addition to these varied tasks, Jarad has also evolved to head the professional
documentation services at FiberNext, including Visio and CAD documentation control.

Karen Quiet Sales and Marketing
Karen arrived at FiberNext in early 2010, bringing with her over 15 years of outstanding customer
service and sales support from companies such as PowerSum Technologies, Anicom and Yankee Electronics. Karen has a wealth
of experience in copper and fiber optic infrastructure sales and years of first hand understanding of customers expectations
when purchasing such products. Karen currently provides sales and customer service at FiberNext and is also developing print
and electronic marketing materials for our clients.

Ed Hernandez, CFOT Fiber
Optic Field Services & Documentation
Since becoming an Assistant Project Manager on the FiberNext
Field team in the Spring of 2011, Eddie has rendered technical services on dozens of client accounts and travelled across
the country in support of our clients. With strengths in network documentation, auditing and data center/comm room infrastructure
fitup, Eddie has become a valued member of the field team. eddie has also obtained his FOA CFOT and regularly provides Visio
documentation services for all of FiberNext's clients as well as switch programming and active networking support.

Adam
Evans, CFOT Training and Field Services
Adam has over 5 years of experience
at FiberNext in the field services group and has been providing clients with on site support (such as fusion splicing,
testing and network troubleshooting), fiber optic training classes, auditing services for national clients and emergency
restoration. Adam has obtained his CFxT- Certified Fiber-To-The-Home Technicians and CFOT credentials, and works with clients
on wide area networking projects, GIS mapping and field construction services regularly at FiberNext.

John Polidori NY/NJ Regional Sales Since FiberNext's inception, John has
been representing FiberNext in the NY and NJ areas. In early 2012, John became a territory sales manager for the NY and NJ
geographic region and handles all of our sales efforts for clients in this territory. With over 16 years of sales expertise
in fiber optic tools, networking and communications, John is an incredibly valued and tenured member of the FiberNext sales
force. John has earned his sales and product knowledge expertise through manufacturer's representation of industry leading
manufacturers such as Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, AFL telecommunications, Fiberdyne Labs and others.

Mike DeClerck GA
Regional Sales
As a former area and national sales manager, Mike has developed and implemented fiber cable
technology for fiber to the home systems and he has a background in sales and training of fiber and copper connectivity. Mike
has also been a certification trainer for developing technologies in copper & fiber. He represented AFL Telecom &
Noyes Fiber Test Equipment in the sales and training of end users, contractors, and design consultants for the use of fiber
systems. Currently Mike represents Sumitomo, Amphenol, Media Max Technologies, and FiberNext for the sales and training of
fiber components, fusion splicing, fiber/copper cable and connectivity systems to the Enterprise & Broadcast Industries.
